Software Engineer
Involved in the full life cycle of the design and development process. Involved in analysis, design, development, deployment, implementation and maintenance of client server, Web centric e-business/e-commerce applications using multi-tier architecture on .NET/XML Technologies. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Participate in DBA activities, Database creation, Backups and Recovery, Transactional Log Shipping, Troubleshooting, Performance Tuning and Replication Planning and Configuration in MS SQL Server 2000. Debug, test, and install complex applications. Diagnose and resolve complex application software problems and their related interfaces. Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system. Develop test procedures and test platforms. Communicate with end users, gather and review functional requirements, identify and analyze options to implement the functional requirements. Design system architecture, develop programs and applications to meet the requirements. Tune the systems for optimal performance.

Requires: Masters degree in Computer Science + 1 year experience that must include extensive experience in developing n-tier applications, full life cycle development using Microsoft .Net technologies Web Services, WCF, WPF. Strong knowledge in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements definition, design, programming/testing and implementation of major systems. Excellent skills in developing code for the database applications to interact with the databases, using ADO.NET, ADO.
