Medwrite has been provided with Online Editor. Any document can be opened and modified as per the requirements and store the same in to secured database. Log file will be prepared automatically about the changes to the document and it is accessible at later time.

E-sign & Batch E-Sign: Doctor/User can Electronically Sign the documents in Online Editor. Doctor’s Own Signature and timestamp can be added to the document. E-Signed Documents cannot be modified further. Doctor/User can select multiple files and use Batch E-Sign to automatically E-Sign all at a time. This saves lot of time as multiple documents can be signed with one click.

Online Printing / Faxing / E-Mailing : (Either with Routing Wizard or Direct Printing) Single Document to Multiple Printers or Multiple Documents to Multiple/single printer(s)) with a option for multiple copies. Flexible Configuration helps Administrators to handle printing tasks easily and these can be changed at any time. Tracking is also available with Time Stamp. Log is also available for Auditing Purposes.

Dictation files can be sent through Automatic / Manual Uploading Option:

Dictations can be uploaded to Medwrite Server automatically through traditional dictations systems like Dictaphones. Dictation files can also be uploaded manually in case of any customized recording system is being in use at hospitals.

Search: Powerful Search Engine helps user to search documents as per their choice. User can search Documents by Job Id, Voice File Name, MRN, Patient Name (Either First or Last), Work Type, Dictator Id, Dictator Name, File Status (like signed off, dictated, MT Assign, QA Assign. Etc) and for a specified Date Range.

Single Logon for Multiple Practices:

Doctor Working in multiple practices can view only his documents from all practice locations. It is simple to remember only one username & Password to login from any location and see the desired hospital/practice’s documents.

Real Time Status of Documents (Dictation to Documents): Documents status can be monitored in Real Time Status mode, which provides the exact status of documents. Turnaround Times (TAT) for documents can also be monitored.

Secured Documents & Transactions:

Transactions through Medwrite are very secure. Even Documents are stored into the proprietary database, hence giving best security for documents. Database and Application is behind a secured firewall with 3DES security and provided with 128 bit encryption.
